This limestone kitchen floor in a country house in Havant, Hampshire, had become very dirty over time, with noticeable grout residue marks left across the surface of the stone. **Deep Cleaning the Limestone & Grout**
We started by thoroughly deep cleaning the limestone tiles and grout lines, removing ingrained dirt and contamination from the floor. We also carefully removed the grout residue marks from the surface of the limestone.
**Diamond Skimming the Limestone Floor**
Once the floor was clean, we diamond skimmed the limestone to refine the surface and improve its overall appearance. This helped bring back the natural character of the stone and gave the floor a much cleaner, more consistent finish.
**Sealing & Protecting the Limestone**
On completion, the limestone floor was professionally sealed to help protect the freshly restored stone and make ongoing maintenance easier.
