Floor Polishing Services
Limestone, Marble, Travertine & Terrazzo Floor Cleaning, Polishing & Restoration
Genuine restoration project · Uckfield
We carried out a professional deep clean of the non-slip vinyl flooring at a busy veterinary centre in Uckfield, near Lewes and Crowborough in East Sussex. The flooring had become very dirty through regular use and required an intensive clean to remove built-up dirt, grease and other surface contaminants.
Non-slip safety flooring can be particularly challenging to clean because dirt and contamination can become trapped within the textured surface, often requiring a more intensive cleaning process than standard smooth vinyl flooring.
Deep Cleaning the Non-Slip Vinyl Flooring
We used a suitable floor stripping solution as part of the deep-cleaning process to help break down and remove grease, contamination and accumulated cleaning residues from the textured vinyl surface.
The flooring was thoroughly agitated and deep cleaned before being carefully rinsed to remove the cleaning solution and released contamination.
Final Rinse & Disinfection
Once the deep cleaning and rinsing were complete, we applied a suitable disinfectant as the final stage of the cleaning process.
The project took our two-man team two days to complete, with the work carried out over a weekend to minimise disruption to the veterinary centre and its normal working hours.
A Dramatic Improvement
The difference after deep cleaning was impressive. The non-slip vinyl went from looking heavily soiled and tired to clean, fresh and dramatically brighter, making a noticeable improvement to the appearance of the veterinary centre.
The finished floor really did look fantastic, and as with many of our commercial floor cleaning projects, the transformation was even more noticeable in person.
